therapy for adults in SF & Throughout california

Adult Therapy

Many adults come to therapy not because they've hit rock bottom but because something quieter is happening beneath the surface. They're functioning, even thriving by most measures, but privately feeling stuck, disconnected, or unlike themselves. Maybe the relationships they've invested in aren't working the way they hoped. Maybe the career they worked so hard to build has left them feeling empty. Maybe they're in the middle of a transition they didn't see coming and aren't sure who they're becoming on the other side.

If any of that resonates, you're in the right place.

Individual therapy is a collaborative space where we work together to better understand your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences. Therapy can help you navigate challenges, process difficult emotions, develop healthier patterns, and build a stronger connection with yourself and others.

Who I work with

I work with driven, self-aware adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are ready to go beneath the surface and do real work. My clients are often navigating:

  • Anxiety, depression, or burnout that has built up over time

  • Relationship patterns that keep repeating, in romantic partnerships, friendships, or family dynamics

  • A growing gap between the life they have and the life they actually want

  • Identity questions about who they are, what they value, and what comes next

  • Major life transitions including career changes, breakups, moves, or shifting relationships

You don't have to be in crisis to start therapy. You just have to sense that something needs to change.

My approach

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, anxiety, burnout, identity questions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change.

I’d be honored to support you in that process.
